I love the effort to which you’ve gone in summarising differences among Englishes around the world. In Australia, I hear more American influence all the time, which used to bother me somewhat when I was younger—now it doesn’t. We get a bit wrapped up in our national narratives and identities, then realise that English itself is the result of mixing languages,. While it was a result of convergence, it is now diverging as Latin once did. (Not to mention, if we want to talk about the change or destruction of language, invaders/settlers in Australia led to the destruction of hundreds of Aboriginal language and dialect groups.)

Your list of insults is also fantastic; I really enjoyed the trolley one.
