THE FESTIVUS FEATS OF STRENGTH (at a local swimwear shop, with sister Jodie in the offensive position) 😮😮😮
We wish a Happy Festivus to all! May your grievances be aired freely and feats of strength be on display! Here we are gathering as a Feld-Kandilas combo around the fabled, tinsel-free pole.
Luminous beings are we… not this crude matter!
I just finished watching The Mask with @NTKF, who hadn’t watched it before. This film, along with other Jim Carrey classics, was essentially my childhood. Not to mention, the song Hey, Pachuco! has to be one of the most entertaining musical numbers ever in a movie.
Sharing Home screens looks fun, so I thought that I’d jump on the bandwagon with a new page.
Here’s an obligatory Rise of Skywalker post: do not read negative clickbait reviews; the movie is excellent and a lot of fun. Enjoy watching movies without submitting to Internet interference. Thank you for your attention. 👨🏽💻
A behind-the-scenes view of @NTKF’s guinea pig shot for Christmastime
I’ll never get sick of this place.
In the latest episode of Lounge Ruminator, No Spoilers, Please!, I explain the effort that I’ve made to avoid spoiling Episode IX: The Rise of Skywalker for myself, as well how trailers could be better. 🎙
In the quest for efficiency, what are we really losing? Read Rumination 61: Automation Visualised on Lounge Ruminator for more.
This poster at BIG W perfectly encapsulates two grammatical issues in separate ruminations of mine from this year: hyphenation and capitalisation. Advertisers and marketers need to lift their game.
Wow… @NTKF and I just went to the cinema to see Knives Out. That was a lot of fun and genuinely unpredictable. 📽
I feel proud and most amused that I somehow managed to get @NTKF mentioned on Accidental Tech Podcast. Natasha is extremely patient in listening to all of my constant tech chat at home; now she’s actually been dragged into it. 😂🎙👨🏽💻
After hearing that others do it, I thought that it would be interesting to try the mouse+trackpad lifestyle for a bit with my Mac. I love the feeling and clickiness of mice but also enjoy 360-degree swiping and scrolling of trackpads. Let’s see how this nerdy experiment goes…
I decided to repurpose the lower shelf of our entertainment unit; now I’m loving the look of our book nook.
On the latest episode of Lounge Ruminator, titled Interference, I reflect on my own use of online accounts, covering the rubbish networks that I’ve left behind and how I aim for more meaningful online interaction today. 🎙
Anyone have some spare Australian cash lying around?
Congratulations to @NTKF on her first-ever dance concert as a tap dancer at the Arcadian’s Theatre! Awesome show 😍😍😍
During a quick trip to Target with @NTKF yesterday, I couldn’t stop myself from buying this little Star Wars pin for my camera bag. Also, I still need to buy and add more, so this is a nerdy work in progress…
